Who sends us listing footage
Most of our footage comes from two places. Agents film their own listings on a gimbal or hire a shooter, then the footage sits on a card for a week because there's no time to edit. Real estate photographers add video to their packages and soon have more tours to cut than evenings to cut them in.
For agents, we deliver versions with your name, brokerage and colors. For photographers, we deliver unbranded files you can hand to your own clients under your business name. Either way, the job is the same: pick the best seconds of each room, put them in the order a buyer would walk the house, and finish the picture and sound so it looks like one shoot.
Services

Drone footage cuts
The best seconds of each flight, color matched to the ground footage and placed where they help the story.
Vertical teasers
Short 9:16 clips for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, built to announce a listing or an open house.
Music and titles
Licensed music cut to the picture, address titles, room labels and an agent end card in your brand.
One shoot, several versions
The cut sheet at the top of this page shows how we plan a listing edit. Each row is a shot from the shoot. Each column is a version you ordered. The bars show how many seconds that shot gets in each version, and the bottom row adds up the runtime. The full tour gives every room its moment. The social cut keeps the rooms buyers ask about first. The teaser keeps only the shots that read on a phone in two or three seconds.
Planning it this way means you see what each version will contain before we start, and you can move a shot in or out with one note. The process page shows a full four-version sheet.
What to send
A short brief saves a round of questions. A useful one covers:
- A shared folder link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar) with the original camera and drone files
- The versions you need: a full walkthrough, an unbranded tour, a social cut, a vertical teaser, or a mix
- Whether the listing is live yet, and the date the video has to be up
- Agent and brokerage details for the end card, plus logos, colors and fonts if you have them
- A note on music: a track you have a license for, or the mood you want from a licensed library
- Any rooms or details the seller wants left out, such as personal photos, a safe or a home office screen
Not sure what you have? Send the folder link and the listing date. The quote will list anything that's missing.

Common questions
How much does a listing video edit cost?
It depends on how much footage there is, how many versions you need, how much drone and color work the shoot needs, and whether music, titles and an agent card are included. We quote each listing in writing after seeing the brief, so you know the cost before work starts.
Do you film the property or fly the drone?
No. We edit footage from you, your photographer or your drone pilot. Flying, permissions and access to the property stay with the people on site.
Can you deliver without our branding for a photographer's client?
Yes. Unbranded delivery is common for photographers. The files carry no mention of us, and you add your own name or your client's if you want to.
Are the images on this site real listings?
No. The stills are AI-generated samples and the cut sheets are illustrations made for this site. We don't publish client footage or real listings.
Shoot done, footage on a card? Send the listing, what you filmed and which versions you need. We reply with a written quote and a delivery date.
